Have always had friendly, professional service at Bug O in Lafayette. They have also helped me diagnose problems and advised me on what was necessary or could be postponed.

Jason, Ed and team took great care of me after something sliced my left rear tire....was leaving town and they had my tires ready & mounted by 9:45am the next morning. Rely upon this Big O....

I was highly satisfied with my Big-O experience thanks to the crew members at the Lafayette Ca. store. They always treat me very well and are very helpful. I usually wait at the store while my vehicle is being serviced so I also get a chance to see how other customers are treated and the customer service is top notch. I have never received any bad experience during my visits. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to discuss services, even if they don't offer them or are unrelated to my vehicle.

Jason explained everything to me and I received the quotes of the tires I needed for my daughter’s Subaru car while still talking to him. When I called back to schedule, I got one right away. Everything went smoothly for installation and pick up. When I was about to head out, Jason knocked on my window to make sure I got everything and understood future services and warranty. Amazing service!
