I am so impressed at how efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable they were. I had the road hazard insurance on my tires. I had not one but two road hazards and they replaced both of my tires no problem. Thank you!!!

I called. I asked questions. They answered. I went right in with no appointment. I walked home. Went back later to a much better driving vehicle! No more veeering off to one side.

Exactly what I needed.

I dropped by to get my free tire rotation and Mario knew I had to get to work so I was in and out in minutes! First Class service every time.

The staff listens to my needs and helps me to determine the most urgent of needs for my car and helps me to schedule out any additional repairs. They also help me breathe when my car needs something major and we always find a way. No one else touches my car unless is this staff or recommended by this staff.

I didn't arrive until 11:00 am. Asking for prices. They were very busy. I thought I would have to come back the next day. Jesus said no , they had the tires in stock and he would call me when it was done. I said but you close at 5:00pm. He called about 4:06pm.

Could have been faster. A 45 minute wait for a simple oil change is a bit long. However, I did come in without an appointment. Hopefully with an appointment it's much faster!!!

I picked up a nail and they fixed it free of charge. I like Big O Tires.
