I've used Big O because of the honesty & integrity of their manager, Joe Reeder. Unfortunately Joe passed away only a couple of weeks ago. I had to go in shortly after & was treated with that same honesty & integrity even as they suffer through their own loss. Thank you for that

A 4"screw had punctured the rear tire in two different locations, essentially making the tire non-repairable. Big-O quickly warrantied the tire and replaced it. Great service.

I am first time returning customer. Just an oil change, filter & lube (100% synthetic) & clean the air filter was done as requested. Completed sooner than expected. I will go back and may be will do the next break replacement there, if prices is compatible. My Rav 2010 drive smoothly and quietly. I am a happy customer.

Great service and great customer services

I was extremely overdue for an oil change, and I popped in just to see if they could fit me in. Of course, I didn't have my coupon, but that wasn't a problem. They were more than happy to help. They also informed me that it was time to get new tire - the sooner the better, and wrote me a quote within a few minutes. No pressure, no heavy handed sell. I'll be back next paycheck for the tires.
