Excellent service from Pierre and crew!!

I had a nail in my tire that was not repairable. The service rep researched my account and realized I had a warranty on the tire and replaced it. I was then advised all three tires had little or no tread left and needed to be replaced ASAP. I could not afford to do it at one time and agreed to get one tire a week for the next three weeks. Your representative was very helpful and made me feel great that it was OK to do it in increments to meet my budget. When I came back to get my first of three tires replaced, your representative remembered mewhich made it easier to get service.

Big O tires is awesome. They are honest and very thorough. The oil change coupons help too.

GOT A NAIL IN MY TIRE AND HUSBAND TOOK IT OFF AND TOOK TO BIG O AND WAS ADVISED TIRE WAS TOO WORN TO BE REPAIRED. I WAS JUST AT AN AUTO DEALER 1 WEEK BEFORE FOR A WHOLE CHECK UP AND EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE. THANK GOD FOR THAT NAIL. BIG O HAD MY BACK . THEY ADVISED THE WHOLE TIRE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, SO I GOT 4 . THEY REPLACED AND BALANCED AND I WAS OUT THE DOOR IMMEDIATELY. I WILL ALWAYS TRUST BIG O. THE AUTO DEALER WILL NEVER TOUCH MY TIRES AGAIN!!!!
