Big O Tires

I went in for an oil change and new battery. It took almost 2.5 hrs. No chair to sit on in the waiting area because the 4 they have were taken. The battery price was more expensive than other places and the warranty not as long, but I've been going to this shop for several years and the service is very good if the line isn't too long.

Great service & excellent selection

Busy place Mondaymid morning. Waited 90 minutes for an oil change. I had a 50% off coupon and still paid over $30 for an oil change/tire rotation. Employees are very friendly and honest. I have to find a better coupon for next time. I only go to this Big O for most of my car needs.

Great service no ready when promised

Only drawback was that my appointment was at 11 and a "walk-in" right before me for their car serviced before mine.Why have an appointment then?

I was able to get in on the weekend without an appointment. It was seen immediately ,I had all 4 tires replaced and oil change and was out of there within an hour and 15 minutes. Amazing .

The Big O staff at Concord Avenue are always courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and provide good suggestions.

Took my car in to have my tires rotated and have an oil change. I also had them check my brakes. They told me that I needed front pads and had to replace the rotors that would cost @$400 but I could make up my mind when I get back from SoCal. Took my car to my mechanic and all I needed were front pads, now and they were able to turn the rotors. Wasn't safe to go to SoCal. All done for just $250.

Great coupon for oil change and tire rotations.

I had a Groupon gift certificate and told the person when I called for the appointment and I mentioned it again when I dropped off my car. They should have informed me before I came or at least when I got there that they did not take the gift certificate and I had to pay out of pocket when I picked up my car. That is horrible customer service in my book and I won't be returning.

Took good care of my car when they replaced my tires. I was third in line when I got there at around past 8 and they completed the work before 9:30.
