I had two tires put on my daughter's car. It took a long time because, while the tires were done in a reasonable amount of time, it took an additional 45 minutes or so to wait to get the car on the alignment rack. While I appreciated getting the free alignment check, and having the alignment performed, I felt someone should have spoken to me about the reason for the delay. I had been sitting in the store waiting area the entire time. I had to keep going out to check the service bays to see the status of my car because no one was keeping me informed of the progress. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and professional.

Big-O Tires, at 3572 Clayton Rd is owned by Erik Reimann, does a better job than other Big-O tire shops. They still lack a supervisor to look over the car when it is ready, and there have been a few times I have had to go back to get the grubby finger prints removed, or just remove them myself. No car mats or seat covers are used, so I assume they move the cars with greasy hands also. However, as I mentioned before, they do a better job than other Big-O's I have used.

You get what you pay for. There is always some greasy spots left on the chassis after service and sometimes, you'll be missing a cap on one of the tires.

Nobody told me how long the tire patch was going to take. Employees weren't wearing masks while talking to each other at the cash register. No confirmation that my car was "disinfected" after my service.

I have tried several Big O's and they all seem to be the same. There is always something wrong when I pick up my cars. Not major things and not always the same thing. They are known for their tire service and yet they all seem to forget things like checking to make sure when they rotate tires, to check the tire pressure. My work van has 55 psi in the front and 80 psi in the back. You know when you drive out that if they don't check, it is a hard ride. A bunch of little things.

Long wait for an oil change. Even with a 1/2 off coupon I still paid over $30.Service is great.

They were very busy that day. They did a fine job on my car but left me no feedback as to how everything looked - this is unusual because in the past they always did that. I think they were rushing to get me out of there - I waited almost 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation.

Made an appointment to get my tires replaced. Man at the counter tools me it would take about an hour to get my car done... It took three hours. My car wasn't even brought use the shop until after one hour and fifteen minutes.

I went for just oil change as 4k miles ago on vehicle I used coupon for oil change & tire rotation. Thought I would go back for just oil. I was in shop for 1 hr and 20 minutes.

I had a horrible experience, I was given a quote online for the service i wanted and then when my wife dropped off my car they tried to add over $400 of additional services and fees that i didn't need or want. I called in and asked about the additional charges and went through the math and the numbers didn't add up so i had them remove a bunch of things that were applicable to the service. I specifically told them to remove the alignment fee because i has just had the alignment done. I told my wife to make sure this service wasn't on the bill. When my wife went to pick up the car they put the alignment fee back on and lied to her saying they spoke with me and i wanted this service added. Extremely unprofessional! Also all 4 of my rims were scratched and marked up from the process of putting on the new tires. I couldn't believe how bad this experience was and am appalled that the service person would try to take advantage or someone who had no idea what was going on during the service, not once but twice and outright lie to my wife. To top it all off i now have huge marks on my rims and have tried trice to have them detailed to removed without any success.

Busy place Mondaymid morning. Waited 90 minutes for an oil change. I had a 50% off coupon and still paid over $30 for an oil change/tire rotation. Employees are very friendly and honest. I have to find a better coupon for next time. I only go to this Big O for most of my car needs.

I had my tires rotated I paid for rotation and balancing but they never balanced my tires now they make a vibrating sound and the tread on the outside has balded my tires within only 3 days I'm going to go to Wheel Works to have them balance my tires correctly and now I'm going to need 2 new tires I didn't know what was involved in balancing the tires now that I know they need to take them off and put them on a machine and spend them I know they did not because I watched them take off my tires from the front and put them on the back and take them tires from the back and put them on the front they never balance them even though I paid $35 for rotation and balancing I'm very disappointed and now it's going to cost me a couple hundred dollars to fix the problem I won't be going back to Big O

They checked my tires in a timely manner, filling & rotating. Oil change was done while I was there. Competitive oil change price. Great service

I've done quite a bit of business at this location. Both of my wife's cars and two of my own. Up until today I've had pretty good experiences overall. Today, however, the guys upfront decided that they were not going to install my shocks and struts because I purchased them elsewhere. They do not carry Bilstein, so I purchased them myself. After scheduling my appointment online and specifying that I was bringing my own shocks and struts, I was given the authorization for my appointment time, which listed specifically that I was bringing my own shocks and struts. When I arrived, however, I was turned away because I was bringing my own "customer parts"�. I will never do business here again.
