Was my first time at Big O'Tires Concord and my experience was very good. No need for an appointment and they told me changing my wheel would take an hour, and they mailed it. They gave me a couple of options to solve my issue with different prices. Good service in my opinion.

I've been a regular customer for many years.My recent visit was unscheduled to get a nail out of my tire.I was told there were many customers ahead of me that day, and it would be about an hour or so.My tire was repaired in a little more than an hour and I wasn't offered any maintenance or repair I didn't need.
