Big O Tires

We have a fleet of 40 vehicles. We have been taken care of at Big O Tires and will certainly be back as the needs arise.

I always use Big O. The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and reasonable. In the past I feel I've been taken advantage of when it comes to having my car serviced because I'm a female. Not so at Big O. Thanks guys! See you again for my next rotation and oil change.

I woke up on a Tuesday morning and found a flat front tire on my car. While I waited for AAA to arrive to put on the spare, I called some tire companies to find one who could guarantee that my tire could be replaced in time for me to get to work to teach a seminar. Big O said they could do it - they only had 30 minutes - and do it they did. Thank you, Big O!

Concord Ave Concord store don't remember the techs name ( middle age African American genleman appt on 2/6 but he was very helpful and went above and beyond n helping me with some unusual problems he was honest helpful trustworthy and kind and I am grateful if you need good honest kind people for your call needs look no further come here
