Service person advised me he replaced a missing stem valve cover. This way it keeps dirt & debris from damaging the valve stem. I never noticed but he did. Thanks Big O.

I came in for a oil change and to get my tires rotated as my car was driving very choppy. Alberto was my mechanic. He asked me to come outside so he could show me something underneath my car. Apparently my tire had a bubble, quite large, it was on the inside. He suggested that I get a new tire as this one could blow. I feel like Alberto saved my life. His expertise, knowledge and the thorough job he did servicing my car could have very well saved my life. Your staff, Pierre, Jason, Jose and all of your mechanics ( Alberto) especially are top notch, excellent customer service, super knowledgeable and trustworthy. Big O will always be my go to. It's like bringing your car to family.

A 4"screw had punctured the rear tire in two different locations, essentially making the tire non-repairable. Big-O quickly warrantied the tire and replaced it. Great service.

Been running big-o tires since 1980. Good tires and service -

I am first time returning customer. Just an oil change, filter & lube (100% synthetic) & clean the air filter was done as requested. Completed sooner than expected. I will go back and may be will do the next break replacement there, if prices is compatible. My Rav 2010 drive smoothly and quietly. I am a happy customer.
