I came in with a screw in my tire. My jeep was taken into a bay within 10 minutes. Job was complete within 30 minutes, and I was on my way!

I always contact John at my local Big O. I have been his client for probably 15 yrs. he always steers me in right direction in telling me things that need to be done soon and what can be put off . I will only deal with John. I'm 75 yr old woman and he always shows great respect to me.

I've been a longtime customer and recently traded the car that had the tires that I bought at Big O a while ago . . so the new car with the tires that came with it had a plug that was leaking . . I very much appreciated you taking care of that for me at no charge. I've always bought my tires there, for that reason . .

I had a low tire pressure message and I asked if they could also rotate my tires. I dropped my car off at 8 am and they called me to pick up at 9 am. I think it could have been even faster if I needed to wait for my car. No appointment necessary. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and courteous.
