Big O Tires

I had the pleasure with talking to Josh when I had a service appt with my car. He was very nice and explained everything I needed to know about my car. Everyone who I have contact with at Big O have been nice and knowledgeable. No complaints with me.

Rick and his crew are awesome. Always friendly and knowledgeable. They alway work around your needs and aren't looking to make a quick buck like I have experience at other tire dealers. Genuinely good people - 100% recommend going there!

I had a nail in my back tire, so I headed over to Big O for servicing. Excellent service! The woman at the desk greeted me at my car, asked about the problem, took my car right away to have the nail hole filled, waited in the very clean lobby and my car was ready very quickly. No charge, all tires were checked and I was on my way .. the desk tech was outstanding. I will definitely come back when the need arises. Thank you!! A+++++++

I came in without an appointment, during a busy afternoon. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I am not a mechanic so I don't speak in those terms, yet the gentleman at the counter didn't speak "down" to me. The diagnostic showed I needed a new alternator. The repair was done in under 24 hours, and would have been sooner but the parts couldn't be delivered until the next morning. Once again, I was made to feel as if I were the most important customer in the store.

Rick is always there to help and make sure you are taken care of. He knows all his customers by name and greets them warmly. The service is always the best. I will be going back for repairs and tires.

I had four tires put on my BMW this week and had yet another very good experience at Big 0. I had researched the appropriate tires for my model and Big O was very competitive with Tire Rack's price. Big O's my go to place for tires and alignment.

Tires are round black rubber things that every car is supposed to have and you can buy them anywhere but if you want a company that can and will guarantee superior products, outstanding service, and fair prices you have to come to Big O in Healdsburg. Rick and his crew are always ready to help no matter what the problem I'm having with my mini fleet of cars and trucks. Flat or leaking tires?----they take care of it! Lube service?----thy take care of it! Car running bad or broke down?---they take care of it! This place gives me 100% of the automotive parts and service I need 100% of the time.

Roberta was very customer oriented. I came into the store last week with low tire pressure. She offered to check them and put them at the mfg's tp. This resulted in my doing business with her when it was time to do business. She was professional and knowledgeable.

Needed to check alignment due to hitting the curb. Trip to Oregon coming up. Rick got the job done and the car completed a 1520 mile trip with no problems.
