Roberta did a wonderful job of greeting the customer as the tea came to the door. And Rick was very knowledgeable about the tires and gave me several options are, and also made sure my tire alignment was straight which it needed adjustment and I appreciate it. So thank you to all those big O family it's a wonderful experience and I will be a loyal customer, thank you and blessings

I can't even give the staff a high enough rating. Blew my tire on my way home to humboldt, and lost my phone in taxi service and they helped me out with both issues. Definitely a life saver!

I was in and out in about an hour. Oil/filter change and tire rotation. Very friendly. Nice folks.

Big O has helped me out on more occasions than I would like to admit. Every time their service is helpful, well-done and very efficient. While I would prefer not to have to go to them so often for tire assistance, I'm glad I do!

Love going to healdsburg big O. The service is great, they are always accommodating and they take time to get to know you and talk through any issues with your car and the best way to move forward. You never feel pressured to fix something you might not have to at that time.

I bought a set of Michelin tires here for my BMW and Big O was the best price for high speed tires----I looked on line, I checked Costco, America's Tires, independent shops------EVERYWHERE! AND Big O in Healdsburg gave me the best price. You might that's pretty good, but it get's better---because their service and expertise cannot be matched, anywhere. I know this because they have sold me tires and worked on all my cars, so why am I checking prices at all these other places? Good question, I guess I'm either an annal nerd or I have Obsessive Compulsive disorder. I think I'm gonna give myself a mental health day and go to the damn gym next time instead of checking prices. It's like they are willing to make my day great so from now on, they can just do it without me interfering -----"Resistance is Futile, my car business will be assimilated"

I (Claudia) had an oil change for the first time with this car and it was done quickly and Miguel checked the last time it had been serviced since i didn't have service history information.
