I experienced a vibration in the steering wheel while driving so I called Rick. He set me up for first thing the next morning; got the car right in; diagnosed and repaired it in no time at all. Remarkable service and total pros all around. Thanks!

Had the tire light come on just as I was getting on the freeway heading to work. I had recently checked the air so I pulled over and saw a big screw in left rear tire. Drove right over to Rick at Big -O . Meet him when he was opening up. Long story short , I was back on the way to work in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Rick and team. As always, the best place around when you have problems they can deal with.

I have now been to Big O Tires for Oil Changes, tune ups, and tires. Rick and Now Miguel are 2 very knowledgable, helpful, happy people that I trust when they have my car. Pricing? Service is Great!!

Met Roberta Lynch at the service desk. She came out to look at the nail with my rear drivers side tire. Said it may be repairable. Said it would take 20 min to check. Came back at that time and said the tire is repairable, and gave the screw that is the issue, Informed that my tires would need replacing shortly, and my car would ready in 15 min and no cost as it was a pay it forward flat repair. And in 15 mins my car was ready. Overall Great Service and I will be back to get new tires and repairs.. Roberta was outstanding

I've been a customer at Big O Tires for 5 years and they have never disappointed. This week, I got a nail in my tire which was on the verge of going flat when I took my 2019 Jeep in without an appointment. They patched it at no charge. I promised them I'd write a review for their kindness - so here it is! THANK YOU!! You guys are always stellar.?????

Fast and friendly...professional!

This is a great local auto repair store. I just bought a new set of tires and had my oil changed. The customer service was great, and they threw in a complementary brake inspection as well. What I love about this place is that if anything happens to one of my tires that I bought from them, they will fix the flat instead of trying to sell me a new set of tires, which my other car repair place in Santa Rosa tried to do to me. They rotate the tires for free as well. They are hands down my favorite place for oil changes and all things tire related.

Roberta is excellent, but you already knew that.

I used them to change my oil and check out my entire car for traveling. They did an excellent job and I have now taking my 1988 Restored 560 SEL Mercedes back for Brake work.

I don't even live in Healdsburg but I've become a regular. Years ago, on my way north, I pulled in because I thought I had a low tire. I did. Everyone was super. I can't say the same about the way I was treated further up the road when I reached my destination. Now I've bought tires here and had service done. I always feel that I have been treated fairly and with understanding. I trust and appreciate their recommendations.
