I prescheduled an appointment because no guarantee of same day appointment. I'm very satisfied in that I only waited a little over an hour in their comfortable waitng area. The service representative addressed my concerns and advised me how long it may take. A short while after that, my name was called so I made payment and was handed my keys,

Used them over the weekend. They was so kind to fit me in there busy schedule. They did my oil change and figured out another issue with my car. (Brake sensor) I won't take my car anywhere else. These guys are solid!!

Roberta was fantastic! She and the crew identified my problem in just a few minutes and were able to order appropriate tires and get them on the car early the next day. She even offered to drive me home ( I preferred to walk. It a nice gesture!) I got tires I have confidence in, a service plan and a good price, what more could One want? That's why I'm a long term customer for all my vehicles for many years! Thanks
