Big O Tires

Brought in a flat tire to be repaired. It was repaired and put back on the truck. The spare was put back under the truck bed. Great service.

Roberta did a great job getting me an appointment, check-in, and payment. Rick Lynch was especially helpful in telling me exactly what the problems were, regulations around factory warrantees, and an estimate for new tires and explanation of services provided.

It does not matter what happens BO tires alwasy has back me up.They do care what happens n do their best to make sure ur happy.Thank you for ur service

Thank you Mark Denton and Team! We were on our way home from vacation Friday and blew out not one but two tires on our boat trailer. We pulled off the highway at the first exit in Healdsburg. By this time it was 9pm and we were exhausted so we had to get a hotel for the night. We asked the clerk where was the closest tire store and she said Big O was around the corner. We were up the next morning and there by 7am knowing they did not open until 8. Mr Denton arrived around 720 to see us sitting in his parking lot. Now some store managers could have had attitude but Mark did not and was pleasant and understanding. He said he would get us taken care of as soon as his workers arrived. We were out of there by 822am and on the way home? Thank you so much for your help and all you did. If I lived there you would get all my business.

Always a pleasure to have service there and interact with staff and owners. Couldn't get the category section to allow me to respond...but, pretty much it's all the best.

The service was estimated to be one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. We took a nice walk and the car was ready as promised.

Brought in a flat tire, was out in 20 mins loaded up and ready to go. TV in the waiting area made the time go by quickly, nice to also be able to see outside.

Truck tire had a nail in the side wall and a chunk out of the tread which the guys found during inspection. They said they could not repair the tire, but would put on the spare for me. Checked all tires for pressure, etc. I asked about purchasing a new tire. Gave me a price with no pressure to buy. And no charge for the tire switch. Could not be more pleased. This is where I will buy my replacements.
