Big O Tires

Big O is such a pleasure to have in town. Every time I go in I am surprised at how quickly and efficiently my truck is serviced. Great work.

I recently moved into the area and have been to the Healdsburg Big O 3 times. They couldn't be nicer or more professional. Very pleased! Rick the owner has given me a ride home each time and even tips on how to get a better nights sleep. Now that's service.

Staff always helpful and ready to meet the needs of the customers. Always cool, under pressure...the store does get busy!

I had a nail in my back tire, so I headed over to Big O for servicing. Excellent service! The woman at the desk greeted me at my car, asked about the problem, took my car right away to have the nail hole filled, waited in the very clean lobby and my car was ready very quickly. No charge, all tires were checked and I was on my way .. the desk tech was outstanding. I will definitely come back when the need arises. Thank you!! A+++++++

I came in without an appointment, during a busy afternoon. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I am not a mechanic so I don't speak in those terms, yet the gentleman at the counter didn't speak "down" to me. The diagnostic showed I needed a new alternator. The repair was done in under 24 hours, and would have been sooner but the parts couldn't be delivered until the next morning. Once again, I was made to feel as if I were the most important customer in the store.

Rick handled my new tire purchase, with a great price. Tires were on and I was on my way in about an hour.

Love going to healdsburg big O. The service is great, they are always accommodating and they take time to get to know you and talk through any issues with your car and the best way to move forward. You never feel pressured to fix something you might not have to at that time.

Overall good experience, tires were installed on-time and service advisor did a good job of communicating any issues or suggested repairs they found during the inspection. Thanks a lot -

I bought a set of Michelin tires here for my BMW and Big O was the best price for high speed tires----I looked on line, I checked Costco, America's Tires, independent shops------EVERYWHERE! AND Big O in Healdsburg gave me the best price. You might that's pretty good, but it get's better---because their service and expertise cannot be matched, anywhere. I know this because they have sold me tires and worked on all my cars, so why am I checking prices at all these other places? Good question, I guess I'm either an annal nerd or I have Obsessive Compulsive disorder. I think I'm gonna give myself a mental health day and go to the damn gym next time instead of checking prices. It's like they are willing to make my day great so from now on, they can just do it without me interfering -----"Resistance is Futile, my car business will be assimilated"

Had the tire light come on just as I was getting on the freeway heading to work. I had recently checked the air so I pulled over and saw a big screw in left rear tire. Drove right over to Rick at Big -O . Meet him when he was opening up. Long story short , I was back on the way to work in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Rick and team. As always, the best place around when you have problems they can deal with.
