Brought in a flat tire, was out in 20 mins loaded up and ready to go. TV in the waiting area made the time go by quickly, nice to also be able to see outside.

I have a 1 for store cleanliness because things were pretty dirty and don't present well to your customer(s). That said, you guys are awesome and I am so glad that I can give my business to a good local family. Costco be damned - support small business!!!

Truck tire had a nail in the side wall and a chunk out of the tread which the guys found during inspection. They said they could not repair the tire, but would put on the spare for me. Checked all tires for pressure, etc. I asked about purchasing a new tire. Gave me a price with no pressure to buy. And no charge for the tire switch. Could not be more pleased. This is where I will buy my replacements.

Roberta was the sweetest and the nicest person in the business that who has helped my family and I, she was very helpful and made sure if I needed anything at all they could help me. They would never scam you into anything you don't need and will help you prioritize if you can't get everything they tell you that you need. They are the best and I will definitely be going there forever now!

I've used the Healdsburg Big-O almost exclusively for the last 10 years and can't say enough positive things about the service I've received. Sometimes the prices are a little higher than other places (i.e. Walmart, Costco, etc.), but when I add up all of the things they do for me for free that they could easily charge for, I know that I'm getting a great deal overall. The guys there are knowledgeable and always courteous and my visits always end on a positive note! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

It is always a pleasure to do business with the knowledgeable and accommodating team at Healdsburg Big O. I feel like a family member, in that whenever I have a concern about my tires, they check them immediately with no wait. It defines the best of a community business.

THE CENTER CAP WAS MISSING AND 1 NUT COVER MISSING i CALLED YESTERDAY AFTER I SAW THEY WERE MISSING AND THE GUY SAID HE HAD THEM THERE AND WAS GOING TO PUT THEM IN HIS DESK FOR ME TO PICK UP LATER i WILL BE THERE ON THURSDAY TO GET THEM WHEN I GO TO UKIAH TO THE APTS. WHY DIDNT I GET A CALL ON MONDAY AFTERNOON WHEN YOU GUYS ALREADY KNEW THAT THEY WERE STILL AT YOU STORE NOT INSTALLED/? GREAT PLACE AND SERVICE BUT SOME ONE DIDDNT FOLLOW THROUGH.

I no longer live in Healdsburg, but will drive the 25 miles because I love their customer service!

I had 3 new tires installed. Due to a traffic accident, the truck delivering my tires did not show up. They were very apologetic and scheduled me in the next day. Very good customer service.

Had my car towed in after hours. Roberta contacted me early next morning on status on what needs to be done, and kept me informed on progress through out the day since I was coming from far away to pick it up.
