My car broke down after hours and was towed there. I left my key and called the next morning. Since I was from out of town they looked at my car and was able to give me answers by early morning and had it fixed by end of day! Very prompt and friendly and realistically priced. So grateful to be back to normal so quickly.

This will be my second time I have ever taken time to write a review on any website for any company, and this is the second time I find myself writing a review to celebrate the superior and incredible service Big O Tires of Ukiah has given. This time I am not writing this about them fixing my car but for the amazing kindness they showed my sister and her family who came out from Utah to visit. We had planned to go to Montgomery Woods to show the beauty of our area to my niece and nephew but found out on the way, they had a nail in their tire. Without hesitation I told them that we should go straight to Big O Tires and they would handle it. My brother-in-law who works for Tesla Motors rolled his eyes when I told him Big O Tires here in Ukiah works wonders and could help us out. He was speechless when without a blink James said he could fit us in and have it fixed in less than an hour. Even more so when we returned less than an hour later to be greeted by James with the keys in hand and the tire fixed...saying there was no charge because we were part of the Big O Tires family! Once again I can't say enough about what it means to have a local business that not only does incredible work but does it honestly, with integrity, and makes you feel truly cared for. Not only do I recommend coming here for all your automotive needs but to come to a place where a team values their community, workmanship, and customers in always going above and beyond! I will always trust Big O Tires as my family made it safe and sound back to Utah with many great memories...one of those being the kindness given to them by your team.
