Jonathan was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, no pressure in answering questions about whether he recommended replacing my tires. I had researched and was confident I wanted a particular tire. Jonathan recommended same tire so that confirmed my choice. Drove off with 4 new tires and my11 year old car drives like it’s new…heavy, grippy, smooth as butter! Also happy I bought 3 year alignment plan. Intend to align every 6 months. Thanks Big O! Nice to have a local company I can trust!
