Big O Tires

I always go to Chris' Big O! This time it for a leaky tire. Another place told me they couldn't repair it and said I needed a new set of four tires. Big O was able to repair it so they saved me a lot of money! When the time comes I'll be buying tires from Chris' Big O!

Had a tire issue requiring a tow after store hours. Towed to store, left key in drop off envelope. Called at 7:15 next business day, car ready at 10am. Excellent.

This is my 3rd set of tires that I have purchased from Big O Tires and 2nd on my 2010 Chevy Silverado Z71. I always feel I get my money's worth when I leave their store. Eli McGlothin provided great advice for the tires I was looking for and when I decided on the Cooper Discoverer RTX 265/70/18 for my Silverado Eli had them ready for installation the first thing the next morning, I was home 90 minutes later. Great tread pattern and performance in the snow, great look and quiet too. I also purchased the extra 3 year road hazard warranty for extra piece of mind. No upsell techniques, just honest advice. South Lake Tahoe here I come. I would highly recommend the Big O Tires El Dorado Hills store to anybody considering purchasing tires or wheels. Great Customer Service and Great Value.

The team highly recommended a brake pad replacement for rear brakes during my oil change the other day so I brought it in this morning. Upon inspection they identified major caliper issues as well as the pads. Immediately let me know and did all the work quickly. This is why all my vehicles go to EDH BigO.
