We tried to schedule an appointment but they don't for tires. But Mr. Richards got our details and ordered the tires for us in preparation so it was as if we had an appointment. The receipt lists the location as #100 when the location is actually 005100. This makes it difficult to do the survey. I tried to do the survey but failed. I noticed the actual # when I did the rebates online and came back to do the survey.
