Big O Tires

Only problem was that the language on my step program came up Spanish and I had a devil of a time changing it. I am finitely not good with computer stuff. I even read the directions.

Been going there since this place started business. They take care of all my cars. Excellent work, high integrity and very friendly. I always recommend BigO to others. Chris is a great guy.

The staff is highly professional and friendly. The service was done faster then was estimated. I was pleasantly surprised that I do not have to wait despite the shop was very busy. Excellent customer service.

I brought the car in for tire rotation. The work was done sooner than I expected (I was waiting), but they also discovered a fatal problem with one of the tires (damaged beyond repair). I was so relieved that they replaced it (still under warranty) and my only expense was labor and tax. I was truly thankful that you saved me from being stuck on the side of the road!

The staff is very nice. Chris is alway helpful and friendly. The work is always completed in a timely manner. I like that the location, very clean and it is very convenient to my home.

Big O is always my first choice in tires oil change s and other automotive services

I have been bringing my car for service and tires for the thirteen years I have been in the area, and never have been unhappy with the service or the people.

The El Dorado Big O store has been my go to place for tires and service on all my vehicles since I moved to the Sacramento area in the early 2000's.

I have always gotten excellent service from Chris and his team members in the many years that I have been going to the El Dorado Hills Big O. Kudos and thank you for always taking great care of my car.
