Big O Tires

I've been a customer of Big O in EDH for 17 years. Throughout all of those years Chris and his crew have always done an outstanding job for our family in every respect. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Best in class on prices, quality, customer service, technical expertise, efficiency, and reliability.

It was easy to get an appointment. The brake service was completed on time.

This store is well established in our community. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, and offer competitive prices. They have taken care of not only myself, but all my family members as well. They have earned my trust and loyalty.

The overall experience with these folks is always good. This visit did not disappoint. I was really impressed in the speed of installing 4 new tires…. Barely enough time to walk to Starbucks, enjoy a coffee and return.

Went in to get a screw removed from tread. After a quick inspection Big O called me to let me know that new tires were in order due to wear/tear. Was close by so I went back over for to see and to discuss options. Ended up with all new tires that they installed by COB. Great bunch of folks here.

I completed both a tire purchase and (a few weeks later) an allignment. Store personnel are always personable, professional and knowledgeable. We have purchased tires here for a number of years. This Big O location has always provide great service and a fair and professional tire purchasing experience.
