i absolutely hate the rebate process and will never buy an item with a rebate if they wanted me to buy their product, they could just lower the price instead of making me jump thru hoops.

The battery in my Landcruiser decided that it was done, and after jumping it twice with my trusty super-battery pack, I decided that it was time for a replacement. It was, of course, Saturday. The El Dorado Hills Big O has provided excellent service in the past, and did not disappoint. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, with no appointment. Thanks, Big O.
