Big O Tires

We have been buying tires for our two cars at Big O El Dorado Hills since 1992. Great service. We had a problem with a new tire we purchased recently. Resolutions exceeded our expectations. That is why we will continue to be a Big O customer.

We have brought two cars in recently for a brake inspection/new brakes. The first one needed less work than we thought and the second one didn't need any work! We were very pleased that we were told the truth and didn't have to pay for unnecessary work.

I discovered a nail sticking in my tire on Saturday afternoon about 3:30 PM. I went down to Big O in El Dorado Hills, to see if they were still open. I got there about 10 minutes to 4. They close at 4. But they checked out my tire, and determined it was indeed leaking. They rushed it into the shop, and fixed it in less then 20 minutes. When I asked how much it would be, they said "No charge". Are you kidding me - No Charge? They said I was a good customer so no charge. My Jeep was relatively new and I had not had occasion to bring this particular vehicle into Big O yet, So they took me in at the last minute - fixed my leaking tire and didn't even charge me for it. That is way above and beyond when it comes to Service. Believe me, I will be telling my friends what a great business Big O tires in EDH is! People you can trust. People who take good care of you. The crew went above and beyond to diagnose a vibration. Ended up being fox a flat in front right tire that was not known about. Took a lot of time and patience and I really appreciate their efforts.

Everyone here is helpful and knowledgeable. My mechanic doesn't do alignments but recommends only this location. Their price for my tires matched a poplar tire website so I felt like I got a fair and good price.
