Big O Tires

I was stranded with a dead battery. I called Big O and they sent over a technician to jump my battery. I drove over to the shop. I was greeted and had a new battery within 30 minutes! What I thought was gonna be a bad morning was just a mere speed bump!

Friendly people that I felt were honest and upfront with my purchase

The employees at this store are extremely competent and friendly. There is never any pressure to get service that the you do not need, and they are always eager to help you with your auto problems. I even like the soft and comfortable bathroom hand towels.

In spite of staffing issues they were virtuous, timely and thorough.

I've been using Big O Tires in El Dorado Hills ever since it opened. Chris Evenson is super knowledgeable when it comes to tires and wheels. He even helped me find custom wheels for an obscure wheel lug pattern, as well as, special tubes to run inside military tires on and old jeep trailer. As a small business owner, Chris understands customer service and thats why I will continue to use his services.

I have been using this location since it was built. When there is a customer relationship this good Chris and Marty (now living in Alabama) I need say no more

great customer service fast turn around

I had planned to drop off my car using the key drop slot. As it would have it the manager was in early so I got hand someone my keys and talk about what I needed down. They called me as soon as their techs were in and could get me a quote. The price was fair. I received an alignment, oil change and swapped the rubber boots on my steering. The van rides great and straight down the road now. The manager let me know that he could not get the tire gauge to go off. I appreciated that he had checked the tires pressure and did what he could to get the pressure light off for me. Turns out it was fine and turned off about 10 minutes down the road. I really appreciated this stores straightforward approach and honesty with the repairs. I will certainly be back again.

Free tire repair of a nail in tire

My brakes were making squeaking noise so I brought in to have them looked at. I was told I needed rear brakes and not to wait too long or I may need to replace roters? I took the advice and had brakes replaced before it ended up costing more! I was on my way within an hour! Thanks Guys!!
