Jonathan did a fantastic job explaining that my service might take longer than expected due to staffing, which I understood completely and had dropped of my car with plenty of time for the service, knowing that it might take a while. Despite the challenges, Jonathan was able to get my service done a couple hours earlier I had expected. We all need to use a little grace and understand the work challenges in these extraordinary times. Thanks for over-delivering!

We have been getting service done at this Big O location for the past 7 years for several family vehicles, and can't be happier with the service we have gotten. They have been very honest and have even told us that we had more wear on tires or brakes when they didn't have to. They they've always done a good job and we are very happy with the level of service that we have gotten with them.
