Big O Tires

Once again, honest, efficient service. I did not have an appointment, just heard a "funny noise" and needed it to be checked. No cost for the diagnosis and the problem was fixed within an hour. I am grateful for a service station that I can trust time and time again.

I explained what happened to Jonathan and I wanted tires matched to previous service and he checked availability in warehouse and matched existing tires on my car. Have severe allergies and the scent of tires affects my asthma , took payment over phone per store manager . Went beyond my expectations and it was greatly appreciated .

I cannot say enough nice things about Jonathan. Super responsive and helpful - was able to secure the tires I wanted even with all of the supply chain issues. Very appreciative for everything. When my wife was picking me up after dropping my car off, she received an alert that one of her tires had low pressure - Jonathan had one of the team members take a look it and put air in it. Great experience all the way around.
