Since I'm not a mechanic I'm not qualified to rate the quality of service or knowledge expertise as excellent. However, when there is a problem I receive an explanation of what broke and what the part does. I ask a lot of questions and all of them are answered respectfully and with patience, this is very appreciated. When I've had to come in for other situations that don't require a service but do require attention, I'm dealt with the same respect. I've stayed with Big O for this reason and although I recently moved to Chico, I was in town and came back to EDH for my rotation (where a poor alignment was confirmed to me and it was fixed). When I need tires, I'll be back. Thank you.

The owner "Chris", always answers any questions and I feel he is very experienced with all his products and services. You can tell it's important that customers are treated very well and he appreciates repeat and referred business. I have always been very satisfied and that is the reason I keep going back.
