Young niece... blown tire... small temporary spare... 4:30 PM... no appointment... the guys took her under their wing, gave her options... and had her out in less than an hour... Job Well Done... and I Thank You.

Always helpful and friendly. I am sometimes sent for pickups for the company I work for and they are always helpful and very nice.

They worked on an old car of mine, 1979 Toyota pickup, that has some sentimental value to me and the family, and fixed a bearing issue - made the irritating sound go away.

I had obtained quotes for tires from other sources who only gave me prices and not advice for the correct tire and wheel for what I wanted to do. Chris and the others told me what I should use and it saved me money and I feel comfortable with what I got. The others only wanted to sell me tires. I have bought my tires and maintenance from Big O for years now and they go the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of.

I've had Les Schwab perform an alignment recently, after their alignment the truck pulled to the left. I took it back and they said everything checked out. After Big O's alignment the truck rides straight and true. I drive over the same roads every day. The difference between the quality of the work is substantial. Well done Big O.

Great service and professional conduct

Brought it to replace front struts and when checked rear shocks were leaking even more than the front. I had all 4 replaced, wheels aligned and tires rotated (purchased at this store and were due to be rotated).

I regularly take my family vehicles to this Big O Tires. The manager and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and fair.
