Went for a wheel alignment. Called first to see how busy they were. Staff communicated they only had one slot available at noon. I liked that they were clear it was busy but they had time if I wanted to schedule an appoinment.

We will only purchase tires from big o Edh. They absolutely are top notch, tires, staff, and shop.

I have been going to this location for many years and always feel taken care of.
