Excellent customer service. I have been going to Big O in El Dorado Hills for 15 years or so now. I have come to know Chris the owner, Eli and others that work there. They are always very friendly and go above and beyond to help me with my needs. I hear the employees talking to other customers when I am there and they are very professional and eager to help everyone. I have full confidence in Big O in El Dorado Hills to help me with whatever need I my have with my car's.

I arrived at 7:30 am and was greeted immediately. My car was worked on by both the tire installer and the oil changer at the same time. I was on my way home inside of 1 hour. Very professional customer service. Definitely will continue to recommend this Big O to everyone.
