Big O Tires

I am always highly satisfied when I use Big O tires. The service is excellent and the price is very competitive and I believe fair. I have had consistently outstanding service over many years. I would, and do, recommend Big O in El Dorado Hills to friends. I'm not a social media type guy - so I don't often even look at Facebook or other social sites, much less post anything. But if you would like to post my comment - you have my permission.

Awesome customer service as always. I have been going to Big O in El Dorado Hills for about 15 years for both of my car's. Everyone there is so friendly and Chris the owner is wonderful and so friendly to all of his customers.

I've been going here for years. Last week I got two screws in two different tires on our newer vehicle(tires that came with the vehicle),they fixed the tires at no charge. Great customer service!!

Big O in El Dorado Hills is the only location we go. We pass two other Big 0 locations and 3 other tires/service stores closer to our house, however, Chris and his team at the El Dorado Hills location hands down is the best! They are always working at the highest potiential to take care of you and yours needs! They care and value your time. They are friendly and knowledgeable. This is our GO TO Big 0

I have been taking my vehicles to the Big O Store in El Dorado Hills for nearly 20 years. We moved out of EDH 6 years ago but I still drive back up the hill for service. I have confidence in everything they do and trust they will not up sell me on work that doesn't need to be performed.
