Big O Tires

I've been going to this Big O for slightly over 20 years now. Chris, the owner, has always treated me well. I consider him to be an good friend as well as a business.

Eli did an excellent job of finding the right tires and getting them installed quickly. I always go to Big O, and so does my wife with her car.

Mike was outstanding. Very professional, honest, kind, and knowledgeable. Correctly diagnosed a poor battery connection on my 99 Tacoma when the tow company thought it was the starter. Even gave me rides half a mile away to work. Very relieved to know we have a great honest mechanic in the area

I am not sure how you all do it, but every visit is better than expected. Even with a simple tire rotation, you go that extra mile and alert me to a potential warranty repair need. Many thank to the entire team. You folks rock!!!

Awesome work, friendly and fast service

Dropped my tire off for a flat repair/plug. Done in 1.5 hrs. Tried to pay extra $5-10 to help with margin but they wouldn't take it. Super glad I didn't have to buy a new tire (or 4) and service was as quick as could be expected. Will shop Big O 95762 first when it is time for new tires. Decent customer service is hard to find nowdays, this was great! Thank you!

I brought 1 flat tire to the store for repair. I arrived just before closing and hoped to pick up the next morning. The next day I received a call explaining it was not repairable. I agreed to purchase a set of 4 tires but now being stranded at home would need one of the new tires mounted and delivered to me at home so I could then bring my vehicle in to install the remaining 3.
