Every time I go to Big O, I can count on the staff to be friendly, honest, and efficient. What more could anyone ask for. I went in without an appointment to see if I could get my windshield wipers replaced. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, at the cost of the wipers. Can't beat that for service.

Marty at the El Dorado Hills, CA location always greets everyone like they were an old friend. When taking care of my car issues, I really feel that he cares about the issue as if it were his own car. I really appreciate his level of customer service!!

I popped in for wiper blades. The gentleman came out to look at my vehicle, removed and replaced the blades in minutes. He also had my washer fluid topped. I will return as I have for years.
