Chris and the team did a great job of diagnosing the problem and getting it fix quickly.

I've been going to this Big O location for close to 20 yrs, and have never once had any problem with their service. The staff is always professional, courteous, and they don't try and get you for money. They always recommend the legitimate service needed, and so it right the first time. I drive out of my way to specifically go to this location, when there's 2 other's closer to me. Reason is because I've been done wrong at the other locations, so I won't go anywhere else, except Big O in El Dorado Hills.

Every employee that works there is extremely friendly. If I have any questions they give me a straightforward answer. Very professional.

I recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was great. The only issue I had was after I left and continued on with my day I realized my replacement sticker was not there. I had to make a trip back in to get my sticker. Inconvenient to have to drive back but not a super big deal.

They fixed my two RV tires that started going flat as we were driving our trailer through town. They took us right in, did the mounting right away...and got us on the road. And I think the price for the tires and labor was very fair. Good job, guys.
