I recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was great. The only issue I had was after I left and continued on with my day I realized my replacement sticker was not there. I had to make a trip back in to get my sticker. Inconvenient to have to drive back but not a super big deal.

I have been taking my cars to this Big O for years - Chris and all the others are courteous, knowledgeable and I always trust their opinion with my cars.

They fixed my two RV tires that started going flat as we were driving our trailer through town. They took us right in, did the mounting right away...and got us on the road. And I think the price for the tires and labor was very fair. Good job, guys.
