Had my car at Kniesens auto repair, who took my car to Big O in Cameron Park and they were rude and unhelpful and wanted to upsell me a set of tires instead of repair the one I had. Took my car to Big O in EDH, and they sealed the wheel to tire and did it for FREE since Big O in Cam Park failed to help. Big O in EDH (James) was so nice, helped send someone to put on my spare tire at my house. Thank you Big O in El Dorado Hills!

I called ahead of time to ensure Big O could take my vehicle at 3:30pm. They said it would be no problem. I needed a flat repair. Big O set my vehicle up immediately. During the repair I was able to walk around the other nearby stores. It was a very expedient service.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, took it in, and it was repaired quickly--at no cost. No attempt to sell me up or suggest other services. Just friendly, courteous, prompt service.
