Big O Tires

I brought my truck in for a squeaky wheel. it turned out to be bad brake pads. After two hours of diagnosing, they discovered this. The brake pads were deemed defective and they were one month out of warranty. Big O Tires performed all the warranty service and work (including new pads) free of charge. Thank you Big O. I then decided to turn around and bought four new tires from Big O which were installed in 40 minutes.

Each service person has always been very friendly and actually treats me like a friend. The work has always been done correct and on time, each time. The service costs are fair and I trust their recommendations for services. I wish they did full service tune-ups!!

Had my brakes done and Estimate was exactly as they said for time of repair and cost.

Being honest

I've been going to Big-O-Tires in El Dorado Hills,Ca. since 2001 the customer service is unsurpassed. The team have taken care of 9 cars for our family. If honesty and integrity are important to you, Give them a chance to earn your business. I will not go anywhere else.

I called to get a replacement tire which they had to order. It came in a day early and they called when it arrived. I was able to go down and get it mounted that day.

I drive out of my way to go to this location. The staff here are very friendly & knowledgeable. I never feel any pressure to buy stuff I don't need. They always fit me in & get me out in a timely manner.

I've purchased my tires from Big O Tires there and have had excellent service in replacing my tires.I recently had loss of air in my driver side rear tire which I filled air in multiple times thinking that the loss of air was due to the weather change. I found out there was a nail in that tire. The representative was nice and courteous and helped me remove and patch my tire.Awesome and excellent service!

We have been going to Big O in El Dorado Hills, CA for as long as they have been open. Chris ( the owner ) has taken care of my whole family for years. I Send my friends to see him. This is usually for me because I usually don’t like going to chain service stores, I like independents, but I wouldn’t change away from Chris and his team in EDH.

I had a leaky tire and front end shimmy while braking. Big O fixed the tire and found and fixed the cause of the shimmy. This saved me the cost of a pair of tires and rotors. The vehicle is running smoothly. It was job well done. I will go back for future service and products.
