Big O Tires

I brought my truck in for a squeaky wheel. it turned out to be bad brake pads. After two hours of diagnosing, they discovered this. The brake pads were deemed defective and they were one month out of warranty. Big O Tires performed all the warranty service and work (including new pads) free of charge. Thank you Big O. I then decided to turn around and bought four new tires from Big O which were installed in 40 minutes.

I've purchased my tires from Big O Tires there and have had excellent service in replacing my tires.I recently had loss of air in my driver side rear tire which I filled air in multiple times thinking that the loss of air was due to the weather change. I found out there was a nail in that tire. The representative was nice and courteous and helped me remove and patch my tire.Awesome and excellent service!

Being honest

I had a leaky tire and front end shimmy while braking. Big O fixed the tire and found and fixed the cause of the shimmy. This saved me the cost of a pair of tires and rotors. The vehicle is running smoothly. It was job well done. I will go back for future service and products.

I called to get a replacement tire which they had to order. It came in a day early and they called when it arrived. I was able to go down and get it mounted that day.
