Service was prompt and efficient. My battery was replaced and other potential electrical systems checked as a precaution. This gave me peace of mind that all was ok. I appreciated the extra service!

I had gotten a few quotes for tires from our local club stores. Neither had tires in stock, and needed 5-7 day to get them. I went back to Big-Onwho has serviced my cars in the past with great experiences. These folks got me a better rated, higher performance brand tire for less and had me out the door within 45 minutes. They even extended a free tire coup. To me without my asking. I love dealing with these guys... Why I even try to entertain others is beyond me. Great job to everyone at the EDH store.
