Big O Tires

I stopped in without an appointment and was greeted by Dan who knew right away what was wrong with my brakes. He arranged for the repair and gave me a ride home. We had a short but interesting conversation. I called back a couple of hours later and the job was already done. I am happy with the service and will continue to use your company for tires, alignment and brake service when needed.

As always, Chris and his staff were friendly, professional, helpful and efficient.

I came in due to a flat tire I had gotten. Mike was above and beyond for the moment we walked into the store. He was smiling, made small conversation about my baby, made sure to let the staff know I had a little one to keep it extra speedy. He broke down to me why I needed to get 4 tires instead of just 1, and even talked to my husband on the phone so we could make an informed decision. While I was there, a gentleman came in and had an issue which Mike also fixed, I did not hear the problem but the customer thanked Mike for his professionalism and for helping him out so quickly. I have 15 employees myself in the customer service industry and Mike is a true gem.

Friendly and courteous people

I live near a Big O Tire so I went straight there when I noticed I had a low front tire. Unfortunately, I HAD to get my son new shoes and pants for his first job and didn't have time to wait. There is a Big O Tire in El Dorado Hills, which is a short distance from Target. They gave me a safe amount of air to get me the short drive to the next location. Marty took care of my car while Dan took me to the shopping center. I finished my shopping, they picked me up at the front door, and returned me to my car which was ready to go. They didn't charge me a dime! Thanks for the chauffer and the mechanic, all at my service! I felt very pampered.
