They helped me so quickly! Quality tires! This Company is very organized. They find your problem and fix it quickly! I will only use Big O Tires for new Tires or if there is a leak in my old one.

In todays world it is very hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust, Well I have found one and it is Big O Tires of El Dorado HIlls. Excellent Management staff, sales and service. I will recommend this shop to all my Family and friends who need Automotive repair service or tires on their vehicles. From the minute you walk in the door they make you feel at ease, lets face it the last thing we want to spend money on is our vehicles, and they will only sell you what you need, and not all the extras you don't. Customer service is excellent

I always receive quick, personal service. They welcome me by name. They are honest and work with me if I want to wait on repairs or parts. This is my tire and oil shop for all my cars!

I am not sure if 1 is best or if 5 is best. (nothing mentioned in the instructions). I picked 5 assuming it is the best.
