I was there before 8 on Saturday morning for an oil change and needed to be out by 9. Mike said it would be tight, but he would do his best to rearrange some things. Sincere, honest, friendly, cheerful and more are some of the nice words I would like describe not only today but every time I take my car for a maintenance or repair job to Chris Evanson of BigO El Dorado Hills. I took my car today for a brake job requesting him to do this work with a quote from another shop. When the work was done, he told me about the good news that some of the parts to be replaced only needed resurfacing and not replaced at this time. Not only do my brakes feel excellent now but I really want to give my sincerest gratitude and praise to Chris for his honesty and care to his customers . I also want to thank Austin for his cheerfulness in giving me a ride home and back to BigO to pick up my car. To Chris, Eli, Steve, James, Austin and everyone in BigO in El Dorado Hills, you are really the Team To Trust.

Fast and efficient service.

I had a nail in my tire and I was in and out in less than an hour. And I went at a very busy time of day. The staff is super courteous and friendly. I always tell people about this place!!
