I live three hours out of town and needed some last minute repair work. Without having to even beg Dan and the boys got BOTH my vehicles and in proper working order! Thank you guys!

The staff at this location are extremely helpful. They always let me know about worn parts that will need to be replaced in the future but don't ever pressure or upsell me and I really appreciate that. They get my trucks done within the time that they estimate and call me right away.

We have been getting service done at this Big O location for the past 7 years for several family vehicles, and can't be happier with the service we have gotten. They have been very honest and have even told us that we had more wear on tires or brakes when they didn't have to. They they've always done a good job and we are very happy with the level of service that we have gotten with them.
