Big O Tires

My tires wore out way earlier than warrantied, and big o took care of me! I got four new tires for a lot less than sticker price, saved me about $300.

This is my 3rd set of tires that I have purchased from Big O Tires and 2nd on my 2010 Chevy Silverado Z71. I always feel I get my money's worth when I leave their store. Eli McGlothin provided great advice for the tires I was looking for and when I decided on the Cooper Discoverer RTX 265/70/18 for my Silverado Eli had them ready for installation the first thing the next morning, I was home 90 minutes later. Great tread pattern and performance in the snow, great look and quiet too. I also purchased the extra 3 year road hazard warranty for extra piece of mind. No upsell techniques, just honest advice. South Lake Tahoe here I come. I would highly recommend the Big O Tires El Dorado Hills store to anybody considering purchasing tires or wheels. Great Customer Service and Great Value.

Big O EDH has outfitted 4 cars in the last 2 years with tires and wheels and numerous oil changes. They have always been thorough and do a wonderful job and their prices are very competitive. Marty and Michael have also assisted me and they are as professional as can be.

Most people come to a tire shop or a car repair place because they're in a pickle and need something right away. This was the case upon a few of my visits unfortunately. The customer service at the El Dorado Hills, Big O is exceptional regardless. I had to get a hole from a nail in my tire slowly leaking air fixed, there was a long wait 45mins- hour because there were alot of cutomers that day, but the Service person Eli said he would make sure I was taken care of if I came back later, since I couldn't wait. I knew they would keep there word. They have done work on my Mustang and my Expedition and I will keep going back because the service people are honest and patient with everyone's needs from what I've seen. I was even offered a ride when I needed to get back to work one time. Only reason I gave store cleanliness a 4 may not entirely be the employees fault, customers tend to make a mess with magazines and newspapers and coffee cups etc.

Eli greeted me and got my paperwork done in just a few minutes I love my Big O AT Tires and especially love the Big O warranty that comes with them

Chris wrote up the work order. I told him to inspect the brakes, He advised me the brakes were in perfect condition and needed nothing. How often does that happen. I had the tries replaced at a fair price, great honest service. No up sell
