Big O found a leak in my Rack and pinion unit while doing an inspection of a "suspected" problem, along with a tire rotation. They gave me a quote, and when I said ok, they ordered the part and set a date for the repair. When I picked up my car after the repair, I could NOT believe the difference in the handling of the car. I called Chris when I got home and thanked him again for the excellent job his crew had done. We ALWAYS recommend our Big O tires, and will continue to do so.

We've been loyal customers for 14 years! Last week I needed to get my oil changed, I went in and was out in less than an hour. The environment is clean, courteous and professional. The management really takes care of the employees and it shows!

When I dropped off the truck for brakes and an overdue oil change and rotation/balance it was pretty late in the week but they got it finished quickly so I didn't have to worry about being without it for the weekend.

Only problem was that the language on my step program came up Spanish and I had a devil of a time changing it. I am finitely not good with computer stuff. I even read the directions.

Had the tires on my car rotated and the front brake disks turned.

I was stranded with a dead battery. I called Big O and they sent over a technician to jump my battery. I drove over to the shop. I was greeted and had a new battery within 30 minutes! What I thought was gonna be a bad morning was just a mere speed bump!
