Chris, the owner, is very nice and he inspires confidence--you can believe what he says!

Everyone is very personable. I appreciate the ride home and back when car is being worked on.

Big O found a leak in my Rack and pinion unit while doing an inspection of a "suspected" problem, along with a tire rotation. They gave me a quote, and when I said ok, they ordered the part and set a date for the repair. When I picked up my car after the repair, I could NOT believe the difference in the handling of the car. I called Chris when I got home and thanked him again for the excellent job his crew had done. We ALWAYS recommend our Big O tires, and will continue to do so.

They took great care of me, even my dog! Prices were very competitive.

Only problem was that the language on my step program came up Spanish and I had a devil of a time changing it. I am finitely not good with computer stuff. I even read the directions.

My husband had a blow out in a Big O brand tire within the warranty period. They replaced the tire free in less than 30 min. Also gave us a referral to get the rim fixed.

Team spent a good deal of time aligning my '68 Mustang to custom specs. I think they went beyond expectations and I really appreciated it.

We've been loyal customers for 14 years! Last week I needed to get my oil changed, I went in and was out in less than an hour. The environment is clean, courteous and professional. The management really takes care of the employees and it shows!

I was stranded with a dead battery. I called Big O and they sent over a technician to jump my battery. I drove over to the shop. I was greeted and had a new battery within 30 minutes! What I thought was gonna be a bad morning was just a mere speed bump!

When I dropped off the truck for brakes and an overdue oil change and rotation/balance it was pretty late in the week but they got it finished quickly so I didn't have to worry about being without it for the weekend.

The employees at this store are extremely competent and friendly. There is never any pressure to get service that the you do not need, and they are always eager to help you with your auto problems. I even like the soft and comfortable bathroom hand towels.

I've been using Big O Tires in El Dorado Hills ever since it opened. Chris Evenson is super knowledgeable when it comes to tires and wheels. He even helped me find custom wheels for an obscure wheel lug pattern, as well as, special tubes to run inside military tires on and old jeep trailer. As a small business owner, Chris understands customer service and thats why I will continue to use his services.

Eli did a great job helping me figure out the best tires for my wife's car and took the extra time to explain the differences between tires. I really appreciate the quality service the team provided me!
