I have been going here for years with multiple cars that we've had and have never been Disappointed.

I always experience outstanding customer service at the EDH Big O tires. Chris checked me in with a smile and efficient processing. I didn't have an appointment, but was able to have the work done in a timely fashion. Steve checked me out and was equally as pleasant professional and efficient as Chris.

Chris was right! I didn't need new tires I just needed alignment. Thank you that did the trick!

the customer service is second to none

For front brakes, turning all brake rotors, tire rotation and oil change, Eli commited to end of day completion due to uncertainty of getting GMC pads, but finished earlier so that I could pick up the car at noon.
