Big O Tires

I had been in this Big O before with a flat and they took great care of me. I vowed if I needed tires, I would go back. I needed a tire replaced immediately because I had to go 200 miles to pick up my daughter. Marty and Zachery went out of the way to get that done so I could puck her up on time.

No lye, they strive to complete it early and 99% of the time they deliver before the time they tell you.. I have been using the El Dorado Hills Big O location for nearly 2 decades and when my brakes needed attention last week that was my first thought for the brake job. I had no appointment but was greeted quickly and had my car in for inspection right away. James called my cell before I even got home. The work was done before the afternoon was. These folks always bring a professional attitude and have never been condescending if I need an explanation of the work. They see it as part of the job to educate their customers if needed.
