Big O Tires

My truck had a small oil leak and Big O found the source and didn't even charge me.I always get the best service and advice from them.

I am not sure how you all do it, but every visit is better than expected. Even with a simple tire rotation, you go that extra mile and alert me to a potential warranty repair need. Many thank to the entire team. You folks rock!!!

I had a vibration in the car when applying brakes. The problem was explained to me, recommended I needed new brakes in about 6 months (not now because rotors were the problem), and the explained how important a timely tire rotation was.

I had another nail in my tire and they fixed it in 30 minutes without an appointment.

I had planned to drop off my car using the key drop slot. As it would have it the manager was in early so I got hand someone my keys and talk about what I needed down. They called me as soon as their techs were in and could get me a quote. The price was fair. I received an alignment, oil change and swapped the rubber boots on my steering. The van rides great and straight down the road now. The manager let me know that he could not get the tire gauge to go off. I appreciated that he had checked the tires pressure and did what he could to get the pressure light off for me. Turns out it was fine and turned off about 10 minutes down the road. I really appreciated this stores straightforward approach and honesty with the repairs. I will certainly be back again.
