I just used them on Friday (2 days ago) bc i had an issue with one of the tires. They store was already open and writing up customers when i got there 5 minutes before opening time, they helped me right away and they told me they would call me when car was ready..1 hr later they called, they found the nail and fixed the slow leak..Excellent service! Thank you!

My brakes were making squeaking noise so I brought in to have them looked at. I was told I needed rear brakes and not to wait too long or I may need to replace roters? I took the advice and had brakes replaced before it ended up costing more! I was on my way within an hour! Thanks Guys!!

The problem with this store is they provide a clean environment for the customers, as well as for their employees. They hire the best people, offer the best service and charge a fair price. This creates a big problem for me, and that is they are aways busy and I sometimes have to wait longer than I would like. Have to say it's worth the wait. Needless to say Chris Evanson the owner is a top notch operator. I highly recommend this store for all your car needs.

They are always on top of their work

I always get three quotes when buying a set of expensive darn tires... quality of tire... hospitality of shop (they should install a taco & beer stand)... and Chris' people rank up at the top, 94% of the time... always room for improvement.

I had a flat tire. Had to have a tow truck pick me up and deliver car to shop. Chris and his crew did a great job and quickly repaired the flat-and no charge! Great guys.

I have been going to Big O Tires in EDH since it opened as as always the service, product is top notch. i have taken all of my vehicles there and they have taken care of me! Chris, Marty Eli , Mike and everyone else there always treat their customers well and the service is the best in the area. I can strongly recommend them.

Big O in El Dorado Hills is the only place I buy tires. They are the best. Have been going for years. Have never been solicited to purchase anything I didn't need. They always explain options and have never pushed the "most expensive." Their recommendations always fit my vehicle usage. Customer Service is incredible. Customer for life.
