These guys diagnosed the problem accurately, made the repair quickly, and for a fair price. I will continue to use Big O Tire in El Dorado Hills for all my vehicles repairs.

I discovered a nail sticking in my tire on Saturday afternoon about 3:30 PM. I went down to Big O in El Dorado Hills, to see if they were still open. I got there about 10 minutes to 4. They close at 4. But they checked out my tire, and determined it was indeed leaking. They rushed it into the shop, and fixed it in less then 20 minutes. When I asked how much it would be, they said "No charge". Are you kidding me - No Charge? They said I was a good customer so no charge. My Jeep was relatively new and I had not had occasion to bring this particular vehicle into Big O yet, So they took me in at the last minute - fixed my leaking tire and didn't even charge me for it. That is way above and beyond when it comes to Service. Believe me, I will be telling my friends what a great business Big O tires in EDH is! People you can trust. People who take good care of you. My car system read "low tire pressure," but I had just gotten a tire repaired somewhere else. I took it to Big O Tires in El Dorado Hills and they discovered that I had another hole next to the one that had been repaired. It looked like it was a staple! They not only patched that one but we patched the other and did not charge me! Chris was very friendly and professional and his staff were very efficient and fast. He got me out of there in about 30 min. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out! I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

Everyone here is helpful and knowledgeable. My mechanic doesn't do alignments but recommends only this location. Their price for my tires matched a poplar tire website so I felt like I got a fair and good price.

These Guys are Top Notch. The Customer service is friendly and not pushy. Ordered New Tires and they were installed the next morning. Called immediately after my car was done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
